WHITCHURCH has a wealth of hidden interest and can make an ideal location for a short cycling break. It has all that is needed for a stay, from wonderful scenery, accommodation and even cycle hire.

Where is Whitchurch?

The historic town sits on the River Test and on the edge of the North Hampshire Downs with a choice of meandering river valleys or rolling downland. The area is rich with quiet lanes and fantastic views.
It is on the main London to Exeter railway and close to the A34/A303/M3. and is central to the main towns of Winchester, Basingstoke, Newbury and Andover.
Few places can be better located for enjoying a true English countryside experience, being close to Watership Down, Jane Austen country and Highclere Castle with its Downton Abbey fame.
